Tameka Quarells Tameka Quarells serves as the Executive Director of Spiritual Empowerment & Youth Influence for BJ’s Track of Hope Foundation, where she provides faith-based guidance, prayer, and mentorship to youth and families in need. In this leadership role, she is dedicated to motivating young people through spiritual encouragement, positive influence, and persistent engagement firmly rooted in faith and purpose.

A devoted woman of God and powerful prayer warrior, Tameka is passionate about helping youth navigate life’s challenges with certainty, strength, and spiritual grounding. She actively connects with young people by sharing inspirational messages and videos that promote healing, self-worth, and positive decision-making. In addition to her spiritual leadership, Tameka brings many years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, demonstrating a strong devotion to service, care, and excellence. She is also known for her exceptional sense of style and confidence, using her presence to model self-respect, pride, and personal excellence, especially for young women developing their identity.

Tameka is a proud mother of four, two sons and two daughters, and a loving grandmother of two granddaughters and one grandson. Her life reflects a deep dedication to faith, family, and service. Through her role with BJ’s Track of Hope Foundation, Tameka continues to inspire, uplift, and empower the next generation, helping them walk boldly in purpose and possibility.
