Sherita Hunter

Sherita Hunter is a faith-driven leader, entrepreneur, and community servant who serves as Chief Financial Officer of BJ’s Track of Hope Foundation. As CFO, she advances the foundation’s financial integrity and strategic planning, directly strengthening long-term sustainability and enhancing impact through purposeful resource management.

With more than 20 years of experience in property management, Sherita began her career in Houston, Texas, in 2001, developing extensive expertise in operations, leadership, and community relations. In 2014, she took an audacious step of faith and became a business owner, successfully leading her own property management company focused on excellence, structure, and results.

Guided by her faith, Sherita is committed to operating with integrity, stewardship, and compassion in every area of her life. Her leadership style highlights service, collaboration, and the development of strong, sustainable systems that enable organizations and communities to thrive.

Apart from her professional accomplishments, Sherita is a mother of three and grandmother of two. Passionate about mentorship, outreach, and giving back, she uses her experience, leadership, and faith at BJ’s Track of Hope Foundation to drive impact, empower others, and support a mission of healing, prevention, and hope.
