Urethia Butler is the Executive Director of Administration & Operations for BJ’s Track of Hope Foundation, providing strategic oversight of the organization’s structure, coordination, and daily operations. She ensures all administrative functions are handled with excellence, efficiency, and accountability, supporting the foundation’s mission and

long-term impact.

With more than 28 years of experience as a Patient Relations Advocate. Urethia brings deep expertise in advocacy, communication, and service. Her background shows a strong commitment towards supporting individuals and families with compassion, professionalism, and integrity. Urethia is known for dependability and strong organizational leadership, playing a vital role in upholding operational strength and cohesion. Her combination of structure and empathy promotes an environment where both the organization and its communities thrive.

Besides her professional role, Urethia is a devoted mother of four young girls and a proud grandmother of nine, affectionately called “Mimi.” Family is central to her values.  She dedicates Saturdays to caring for her mother and grandmother, preparing meals, and spending quality time reflecting on her devotion to love, service, and legacy.

Through her leadership at BJ’s Track of Hope Foundation, Urethia uplifts others, strengthens the foundation, and advances a mission focused on healing, guidance, and lasting community impact.
